Shipping Policy

Items ordered through DNLPhoto.com are shipped via UPS or Fedex ground. Orders will be shipped from DNL's warehouse in Chatsworth, CA. DNLPhoto.com may also drop ship an order from one of our distributors to save time or expense. Please call us to arrange express delivery for an additional charge.

Flat Rate Shipping

Flat rate shipping is only available in the continental US and only available when shopping in the RETAIL store. Additional charges may apply if you live outside the continental US.

Delivery

We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver and may incur additional charges.

UPS and Fedex will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We can ship using the U.S. Post Office if necessary.
